Before you head outside you should always apply a generous amount of sunscreen, even on cloudy days. But, make sure you are using a product that does what is says it does. Four out of 5 sunscreens don't give the protection you need. They block too little of the sun's harmful UV radiation, or contain ingredients with significant safety concerns.
