Sleeping Well Translates To Having A Good Marriage?

Okay, this finally explains why so many women are so sleep deprived.  Researchers at the University of Pittsburg decided that the secret of a good night's sleep in a happy marriage.42-15342987

Apparently, they studied nearly 2,000 middle-aged women across the country. They recorded all the womens' own assessment of her marital happiness and compared this with how well she slept.

The team led by Dr Wendy Troxel found that happily married women had less difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, fewer early morning awakenings, and more restful sleep as compared to unhappily married women.

I don't know about you, but every woman I talk to these days is complaining about being awfully tired.  They're not getting enough sleep, they're tossing and turning all night and waking up totally exhausted.  This certainly doesn't say very good things about our closet personal relationship  does it?

Here's something to think about.  Could we end our sleepless nights once and for all by saying adios to our significant other?   If any of you have already tested this theory please let us know it worked.  Yes, it's a drastic measure, but all of us are in desperate need of our beauty sleep.
